We pride ourselves on our highly rated and unrivaled essential delivery and collection service for all orders.

Our warehouses are still open for collections, please see our Contact Us page for opening times.

After placing your order:

All large and bulky orders are delivered by Southern Sheeting, you will receive a call within 24 hours of placing your order from our friendly transport team to confirm delivery day and discuss any access or unloading requirements.

Day of delivery:

On the day of delivery, your driver will call to give an estimated time of arrival.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

DELIVERY FROM OUR SOUTHERN BRANCHES:

 

We deliver large and bulky items to local addresses across the Southeast and Home Counties (see map), via our own Southern Sheeting transport up to 5 working days.

As with all deliveries, our transport team will contact all customers to confirm delivery details and discuss any further requirements you may have.

Please note that should you have multiple products across both our Midlands and Southern branches an additional delivery change maybe applicable, however our transport team will discuss any further charges with you at the time.




DELIVERY FROM OUR MIDLANDS BRANCH:

 

Please note our current delivery time for our Midlands branch is 5 working days for items in stock (see map).

For products that are not in stock in our Midlands branch but in stock in our Southern branches, a member of our transport team will contact you once your order has arrived in our Midlands branch and we will aim to deliver within 4 working days thereafter. Please note that the calendar on our checkout page is not currently correct for orders placed for our Midlands branch and that a member of our transport team will confirm your exact delivery day within 12 hours

As with all deliveries, our transport team will contact all customers to confirm delivery details and discuss any further requirements you may have.

NEXT DAY NATIONWIDE DELIVERY  - Fixings, Accessories, Trims and RoofArt

Our next day courier service includes all fixings, accessories, trims and RoofArt products, these items are sent via courier on a next-working-day service if ordered by 2pm.

We use couriers to send some smaller items, and to deliver to addresses across the UK mainland, excluding the Scottish Highlands. If you need a delivery in the Scottish Highlands and UK islands, please get in touch so we can discuss your options.

Costs, times and methods vary, depending on the nature of your order.

Planning your delivery - Unloading your Order

Unless we have confirmed a crane-unload, you are required to supply appropriate mechanical off-load facilities, or sufficient able-bodied labour (appropriate to the size of order) to hand unload your order. All our deliveries are made on pallets/wooden blocks for easy mechanical offloading. Our drivers are helpful and will assist but will not unload alone.

 

Large and bulky items
We deliver large and bulky items to addresses within the South East and Home Counties via our own delivery service. Under normal circumstances, you’ll receive your order within 3-5 working days. We deliver to specific areas on designated days of the week. Enter your postcode on relevant products to view delivery days and costs.

 

Long-length items
Orders containing long-length items (such as gutters or trims) are sent via courier on a 
next-day service if ordered by 2pm.

 

Christmas & Bank Holidays
Please note that we are closed on weekends and all Bank Holidays so unable to deliver on these days.
We are also closed from 12pm on the 23rd December until the first working day after 1st January and do not deliver during this period.

Customer Click and Collect Notice:

Please report to our sales office to speak to a member of staff who will assist you with your order and collection.

Our staff will assist you, however it is the customers responsibility to safely load their own vehicles and ensure that all goods are safely and secured.

Please be aware of the following waivers you may be requested to sign if you plan to use power tools on our site or load onto certain vehicles:

Power Cutting Tools on Southern Sheeting Property

Before you begin any activities with powered cutting tools at Southern Sheeting Supplies, all participants must review and sign a waiver, which our yard staff will give you. This waiver acknowledges that using powered cutting tools involves inherent risks, including the possibility of cuts, lacerations, and other injuries. By signing, you agree to strictly follow all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety gloves, goggles, and any additional protective gear recommended by Southern Sheeting Supplies. 

You are also responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area by cleaning up any debris or cut-offs generated during use. The signed waiver is a release of liability for Southern Sheeting Supplies and its employees, protecting them against any claims for injuries or damages incurred during tool use. Please read the full waiver carefully to understand your responsibilities and risks before signing.

Vehicle Loading of Goods on Southern Sheeting Property

Before you can load goods onto your vehicle, our yard staff will ask you to sign a waiver. Southern Sheeting Supplies has advised you that your vehicle may not be ideally suited for transporting the purchased items due to factors such as size, weight, or other considerations. By signing this waiver, you know that you have chosen to proceed with loading the goods despite this advice, and you accept full responsibility for ensuring that the items are safely secured during transport.

This waiver confirms that you assume responsibility for:

Safely securing the goods for transport.
Any damage to your vehicle or property resulting from the goods during or after loading.
Any accidents, injuries, or damage to third parties that may occur during the transportation of the goods.

By signing, you release Southern Sheeting Supplies and its employees from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that might arise once the goods leave the premises. Please read the full waiver carefully to ensure that you understand and accept all terms and responsibilities before signing.
