Why choose composite fencing over wooden fencing
Daylight Solutions & Polycarbonate
Why choose daylight solutions and polycarbonate
Daylight is a useful aspect to incorporate into a building. For example, buildings with a GRP Rooflight sheet can save up to 85% on energy efficiency due to the minimal time a powered light is required, saving on energy costs.
We stock two material types of roof light:
PVC Plastic—Available in standard stock sizes in various profiles, this clear, lightweight, and cost-effective roof light is commonly used on smaller outbuildings, lean-tos, and sheds.
Translucent GRP (Glassfibre Reinforced Plastic) - Available in standard stock sizes and in various corrugated and box profiles, this translucent and durable rooflight is commonly used on Commercial and Agricultural buildings.
As well as stocking an extensive range that covers our stock profiles, an extended range of over 1000+ profiles can be manufactured to order to suit buildings with older profiles or sheets that we do not stock.
We can also supply made-to-measure structured Polycarbonate, manufactured to order, available in 6 different thicknesses and in either clear, opal, or bronze.
Polycarbonate and aluminium extrusions are perfect for all manner of uses, including:
- Conservatory roofs
- Carports
- Protective screens
- Greenhouse glazing
