Building materials supplier Southern Sheeting has launched a range of garden room kit buildings, providing builders and contractors with further access to these sought-after additions to properties.
The new range includes Telluria Kit Garden Rooms and chic Aluminium Pergolas.
These on-trend products build on Southern Sheeting’s reputation for helping builders and contractors with sourcing the necessary materials to create garden rooms or garden offices from scratch.

“The demand for these multifunctional buildings is expected to continue to grow this year, so we decided to offer our customers the chance to buy high-end garden buildings, which will be popular with their clients and are easy to assemble, especially for professionals.
“As we already stock many products used to create bespoke garden rooms, this was a logical step for us.”
Telluria garden buildings come in easy-to-assemble kit form and are constructed in steel. They are highly durable and offer the modern, sleek and secure finish in either anthracite or light grey. The installation process is straight-forward, taking just one day to assemble, while the steel construction delivers a low maintenance building that is fully non-combustible.
Southern Sheeting stocks Telluria’s Luminato range, which comes with fully glazed doors and full-height windows, making them perfect for an office or gym.
The Aluminium Pergolas help owners make the most of the UK’s changeable weather all year round. They feature side shades and a manual louvre roof system for full rain cover to protect against any unexpected showers, as well as LED lights to brighten up the evening.
